4. Source of the data processed

The information that, through our Website, we collect about our users is given to us both directly and indirectly through browsing.

With regard to the use and enjoyment of the services integrated within the website, we process the identification details legally provided by the users themselves in order to be able to provide the service offered, particularly registering interested parties into the different calls, projects and programmes that FGCSIC coordinates and manages.

Like the data that you provide to us through the contact forms, the identification details are presumed to be verified, lawful, accurate and true, therefore, at FGCSIC we are not responsible for inaccuracies or possible frauds that may arise from the improper use of our portals by Users.

Moreover, the data collected by FGCSIC within these forms, and attached to the pages and various service areas of the Website, are the minimum necessary to facilitate the service, establish an optimal level of functionality and ensure that the purpose of the request of end users is fulfilled. These data are collected directly from users through forms and the identification information fields necessary to carry out the services offered within the Website.

5. Duration of the processing. Preservation of personal data.

We will keep the personal data you have provided to us for the time that is strictly necessary to fulfil each of the intended purposes.

FGCSIC will keep your processed personal data as a consequence of browsing the Website for as long as you do not revoke your consent to this, as set forth in our Cookies Policy and, in any case, for a period of 1 year. After this time, we will ask for your consent again to use Cookies when accessing the Website
We will keep your platform registration and access data until you revoke your consent and, in any case, for the legal period established for the liability limitation
We will keep your professional and identification data necessary for registering into the different calls, programmes and projects of FGCSIC for as long they are open, your data are updated and you do not revoke your consent, and, in any case, for the legal period established for the liability limitation
